We sincerely appreciate your long-standing trust and support. In response to recent false rumors circulating online about our company and concerns raised by partners, we hereby formally clarify the operational status and development plans of our Asia-Pacific region as follows:


I. Official Statement Regarding False Online Information

Recent malicious rumors such as “Eschscholzia Holdings has collapsed” or “Eschscholzia Holdings has disappeared” on certain social media platforms have been thoroughly investigated and confirmed as entirely false. We solemnly declare:

  1. BingoIDC Cloud ServicesLotusAI Artificial Intelligence Platform, and related operations are functioning normally, with full post-sales support.
  2. All product service agreements remain valid and are being duly fulfilled, with user rights strictly protected.
  3. The Group maintains sufficient financial reserves, and all operations comply with local regulatory requirements.

II. Organizational Restructuring Update
  1. Personnel Adjustments
    Ms. White, former Asia-Pacific Customer Relations Director, has temporarily stepped down due to personal health reasons. Her responsibilities have been fully transferred to Mr. Nuo Zao, a Senior Manager with extensive industry experience. Transition measures include:
    • Dual-role handover safeguards.

    • Upgraded ticketing system for full-service traceability.
  2. Regional Operational Structure Enhancement
    Aligned with global strategic adjustments:
